It was clean, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed. Staff were friendly, parking was easy and free. Close to everything on that side of town. Great place to stay!

The room was brilliant with really great upgrade cost. Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The bath/jakuzi was a very fun addition to the room. The room’s amenities were fantastic and the little fire place was very sweet. Well located for where it is with good on site parking. The security tag system was a nice addition.

The warm welcome and friendly service by Clinton at the check in desk. Great location walking distance from the beach. Beautiful view. Extremely clean, well equipped and fully functional. The bed and bedding was of good quality ensuring a good night's rest. Parking included which was amazing. Will definitely book here again if the opportunity arises.

Our studio apartment with twin beds was adequately spacious, clean, quiet and with a balcony and lovely view of the ocean. Although a short drive from Napier's town centre, parking at the hotel carpark was easy. The "Milk and Honey Cafe" on the ground floor of the hotel was a great place for breakfast and very conveniently located.

The room was amazing, the balcony and view were fabulous. Daughter loved the spa bath, shower was excellent too, the place was spotless (and I am a fussy one LOL) and every member of staff I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. The beds and pillows were the best too. i cannot fault this place!

The location was perfect with ocean views. Comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was spacious. Amazing bathroom with spa bath and a large separate shower.

Good location with nice selection of restaurants wine bars etc. and a good convenience store within 5 minutes walk. There is also a great cafe on the ground floor with excellent coffee and breakfast options. Our room had a nice view of the ocean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff were awesome and really lovely! The view from the room and the soundproofing are awesome. Good sized room, we appreciate the good size area for the luggage and that the toilet is separate from the shower area.
